Return policy
1. Return Eligibility
All insulated cups and ceramic cups purchased from bedbathsstore are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Ceramic cups with cracks, chips, or broken parts caused by improper use, and insulated cups with damaged lids/seals due to mishandling are not accepted for return.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the product securely with the original packaging materials (if available) and clearly mark the RA number on the outer box.
- Ship the returned item to our designated address (provided with the RA number) at your own cost. We do not cover return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are only offered for products of the same model and value. If you wish to exchange for a different size/color, please process a return first and place a new order separately.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect insulated cup/ceramic cup, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging as proof. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, and cover the return shipping cost.
