1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services exclusively to North America for all our products, including insulated cups and ceramic cups. No international shipping is available outside the North American region at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volume or product inventory shortages, processing may be delayed by 1-2 additional days, and we will notify you via email promptly.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after order processing.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics disruptions, customs clearance (for cross-border shipments), weather conditions or holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier's official platform.

6. Undelivered Orders

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees. We are not liable for lost orders caused by incorrect contact information.
